The SOUNDCHEF concept
aims to develop a multi-media experiment where the preparation of a course, matched with the diffusion of background musical scores becomes the means to carry away the Guest inside a dreamy dimension through the seduction of taste and listening.
Crucial is the fascinating mix between the created dishes and music, where the impulse towards sensitivity is realized by involving the five senses, leading the Guest to become an omniscient teller of his own experience.
The concept itself of the presented project aims to create original synaesthesia between the created courses and the sonorities, chosen to illustrate them,

and the musical intuitions of VALENTINO BORGIA DJ
two sensitive minds capable of recognizing the right balance between sound and course, mixing them as essential ingredients of a magical recipe with no limits of expression.
The aim is to capture the melodies which pervade the culinary milieu and then to attract them mixing, in real time, the notes of the finely selected scores with tastes, scents, chromatic shades.
The exaltation of fantasy and the pursuit of detail lead to the weaving of a tapestry for a different sense-experience; a hedonistic alliance capable of carrying anybody away to that somewhere which goes beyond the limits of reality.
Intuition, sensibility and flair for the pursuit of the emotional stimulus, these are the certainties used to reach that parallel dimension peculiar to the aesthetic stage of taste.
Crystals notes, that accompany highly creative dishes, complete that all-engaging journey capable of creating the sensation of a rarefied dream which enraptures at the thrill of taste.
The presentation of the various dishes aims to satisfy the palate and the eye, respecting, in the beauty of flavour and the multidimensionality of the senses, the rules of an absolutely innovative chromatic universe which is in harmonic contrast with the connected melody.
